ASPYN METHOD is a boutique fitness studio offering various classes including but not limited to Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Cardio Sculpt. ASPYN METHOD was founded by Anita and Alexandra Lugliani a mother daughter team of 3rd generation Pilates instructors . Our studio was born out of our love for fitness and our clients. We offer results driven classes lead by instructors who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals,all while catering to your body's needs . At ASPYN METHOD studio our members enjoy the ability to take a Pilates class on a Monday, Barre on a Wednesday, Cardio Sculpt on a Friday and cool it down on Sunday with a Yoga class, all while still enjoying the perks and community of a boutique studio. To achieve this we have established a culture that supports our team of certified instructors, so they can provide exceptional service and instruction to our ASPYN METHOD members.
